The murder trial of Patrick Xavier Clark, the man accused of killing Migos rapper TakeOff, has been postponed until April 15, 2027.
The trial was originally scheduled to begin this month, but Clark's defence team requested additional time to review newly submitted evidence.
TakeOff, whose real name was Kirsnick Khari Ball, was fatally shot outside a Houston bowling alley in November 2022, following an altercation involving a dice game.
Prosecutors allege that surveillance footage links Clark to the shooting.
Clark has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge and remains free on a one-million-dollar bond while awaiting trial.
