Quavo says the death of Takeoff helped end much of the tension between him and fellow Migos member Offset.

In a new interview, Quavo said losing Takeoff caused him to put aside many of the disagreements that had created friction between the two.

Takeoff, Quavo’s nephew and the third member of Migos, was fatally shot in Houston in November 2022.

Quavo and Offset have since been rebuilding their relationship and recently appeared together at Quavo’s QRÖMELIFE release party in Los Angeles.

The two have also reunited musically on “Away,” their first collaboration since 2022.
