Paris Jackson is seeking the release of approximately 600 million US dollars from her late father Michael Jackson’s estate, alleging that the funds have been withheld from his children.

In court documents, she says the family trust remains unfunded more than 17 years after the singer’s death.

Paris argues that her father intended for her and her brothers, Prince and Bigi, to receive income from the trust from age 21.

She is asking the court to order a preliminary distribution of the estate’s assets and cover her legal fees.
