Hollywood actress Halle Berry's 13-year-old son has been granted permission to testify in an ongoing legal dispute between the actress and her former husband, Olivier Martinez.
A Los Angeles judge ruled that the teenager may testify during a closed-door hearing on Friday concerning Martinez's request for a restraining order against Berry.
Martinez has accused the actress of physically abusing their son, allegations Berry denies, maintaining that the incident involved playful roughhousing.
The judge ordered that the child's testimony be limited to the restraining order allegations and that he must not be coached.
